Referral Information
- Arrangements must be made in advance through the a social worker, physician, nurse, or medical office staff.
- Medical representatives should call our office at (585) 442-5437 between 9 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. as far in advance of the patient’s stay as possible.
- Check-in time is daily 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for first time guests and as late as 8:30 p.m. for return guests, already familiar with the House.
- Families are welcomed to visit the House before making a decision to stay.
- Because we manage our occupancy around uncertainty of illness and medical treatment, we may experience sudden, unpredictable room shortages. For that reason, please call (585) 442-5437 – 24 hours in advance of your planned arrival time to confirm that space is still available.
