Who can stay?

Any family member or support person of a pediatric patient who travels to Rochester for health care.

How can I make arrangements?

Your referral must come through someone connected with the medical community (i.e. social worker, nurse, doctor, or doctor’s office personnel, etc.) Ronald McDonald House office hours 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.  Referrals and admissions are not taken outside office hours.  Check-in no later than 8 p.m.  Referrals should be made as early in the day as possible to assure availability.  One room per patient family with an average capacity of four family members. Some rooms can accommodate our maximum capacity of six.

Cost

$10 a night per family. We accept cash, Visa/Mastercard, or personal checks. Concerns about payments may be addressed with referring personnel and the House Manager.
