House at Westmoreland
Your referral must come through someone connected with the admitting hospital (i.e., social worker, nurse, doctor or doctor’s office personnel, etc.) during Ronald McDonald House office hours, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Referrals and admissions are not taken outside office hours.
House Within The Hospital
Referrals are based on the medical acuity of pediatric patients. Social Workers and the medical team determine medical acuity and will request accommodations on the parents’ behalf.
Local and out-of-town families are eligible for accommodations at the House Within The Hospital.
